Product development technology:
The hole-type defects in die castings can be significantly reduced by adopting the collaborative die casting process of slow injection and vacuum pumping, combined with the measures of die cavity sealing and vacuum valve, and the problems of poor mechanical properties and uniformity of die castings can be solved.
