Product development technology:
The casting fluid analysis software was used to simulate the mold filling and solidification process of die casting parts. By analyzing the simulation results of flow field, temperature field and defect field, the die casting process parameters and the size of mold gate system were optimized to significantly reduce the defects of die casting parts, shorten the development cycle of products and save the development cost.

The vacuum exhaust channel and process parameters of castings were designed and optimized by computer numerical simulation. The vacuum die casting can reduce the entrained gas content of bracket castings and improve the density of castings. |
